COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT <br /> MULTI-TECH EXPANSION BACK ON TABLE <br /> Multi-Tech has made application,for a development\site plan review for a proposed <br /> expansion to their facility at 2205 Woodale Drive. The application differs from the <br /> proposed expansion the Council has seen in the past in that it proposes adding on to <br /> theexistingbuilding rather than constructing a new one. Staff will be taking-the - <br /> application forward to the Planning Commission in March and anticipates Council <br /> consideration in April. <br /> SYSCO EXPANSION <br /> Sysco has submitted an application for a site plan review for a proposed expansion at <br /> their facility. At the time of approval, the original Sysco development was planned as <br /> a "phased" project. The current request incorporates development activities which are <br /> part of that phasing. This request will be reviewed by the Planning Commission in <br /> March and forwarded to the Council in April. <br /> WESTMINSTER SENIOR HOUSING PROJECT <br /> Jeff Huggett, representing Westminster, will be conducting a survey of the available <br /> parking facilities at each of the existing Westminster project sites. This survey is <br /> being done at the request of the Planning Commission, which had concerns about <br /> the available parking being proposed for the Senior project in Mounds View. <br /> Following receipt of the survey, Staff will be contacting the on-site managers of each <br /> facility, as well as a few residents, to see if available parking is adequately meeting <br /> their needs. <br /> Paul <br /> Just in case you're wondering why a certain someone's office is decorated pink <br /> today....Rick Jarson and his wife Wendi became the parents of Rebecca Elizabeth on <br /> Wednesday.
