THIS IS <br /> IT . . . . <br /> For the Week of March 7 - March 11 , 1994 <br /> ADMINISTRATION <br /> FOCUS 2000 UPDATE <br /> The Focus 2000 Steering Committee has completed their first assignment which was <br /> to draft the Community Vision Statement. Tonights meeting (3/10) will consist of <br /> drafting the Mission Statement. The members of the steering committee have been a <br /> pleasure to work with and are taking their charge very seriously. <br /> HOUSING INTERN <br /> The interviews for the Housing Intern position were completed on Wednesday, 3/9. <br /> Seven candidates were interviewed by the interview panel of Paul Harrington, Carla <br /> Asleson and me. Reference checks are being completed and a hiring <br /> recommendation will be presented to the Council for consideration at Monday <br /> evening's Council Meeting. <br /> CONSTRUCTION UPDATE <br /> The official walk through took place on Monday at 10:00 a.m. This was our <br /> opportunity to tell the contractor what items should be changed, fixed or added. This <br /> punchlist is to be completed by Friday 3/11. Unfortunately, clean up of the site and <br /> some other small items will not be able to be completed until the weather warms up. <br /> Tim C. <br />
