<br />RESOLUTION 7577 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING THE 2010 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, revisions and updates to the Fee Schedule are necessary; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council passed Resolution 7530, which <br />approved the 2010 Fee Schedule; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revisions to the 2010 Fee Schedule, and <br />authorizes the following revisions: <br /> <br />1. Under Miscellaneous Fees of the 2010 Fee Schedule, the 50th Anniversary <br />Mounds View Cookbook and the Mounds View History Book is added. Each <br />book will cost $5. <br /> <br />2. Under Police/Administration Offense of the 2010 Fee Schedule, Animal <br />Impoundment Fees are added as follows: <br /> <br />$25 1st violation within 12 months <br />$50 2nd violation within 12 months <br />$75 3rd and subsequent violations within 12 months <br /> <br />3. Under Mounds View Athletic Field Fees of the 2010 Fee Schedule, the time <br />block for athletic field reservations is revised from 55 minutes to 4 hours. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View does hereby approve the revised 2010 Fee Schedule. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 8th day of February, 2010. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
