Monday, March 8, 2010, City Council Agenda. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Council Member Mueller requested the Special Order of Business be postponed until Barbara 23 <br />Haake arrived. 24 <br /> 25 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, March 8, 2010, agenda as 26 <br />amended postponing the Special Order of Business until Barbara Haake arrived. 27 <br /> 28 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 29 <br /> 30 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 31 <br /> 32 <br />Tom Winiecki, 2740 Sherwood Road, requested the City drive down Groveland Road and 33 <br />Sherwood Road as each was in great need of repair. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Shirley Manson, 2225 Kingsway Lane, stated on September 16, 2009 she was in the Minnesota 36 <br />Senior Pageant and became one of the finalists. Ms. Manson reviewed her volunteer activities 37 <br />and noted that in October she began visiting elementary schools to promote reading, while also 38 <br />holding reading lessons in her home. She explained she has completed several shows in the area 39 <br />and has enjoyed her work in the community. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Mayor Flaherty asked if Ms. Manson would be willing to take questions from local senior 42 <br />citizens and provide information on the activities available in the area. Ms. Manson stated she 43 <br />would be more than happy to take questions and she could be reached at 763-780-3171. 44 <br /> 45
