<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7608 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION ADJUSTMENT <br />FOR <br />NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation Schedule must be annually approved <br />by Council Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally awarded the same insurance <br />contribution to all employee groups in order to maintain internal equity. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Mounds View, that the <br />City Council does hereby approve a monthly insurance contribution of $842.20 for all <br />non-union employees, effective January 1, 2010. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 26th day of April, 2010. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
