<br />Coventry Senior Living Staff Report <br />August 9, 2010 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br /> <br />Possible Council Actions: <br />After taking testimony from staff and the applicant, and any public comments, the Council may take <br />the following actions related to the request: <br /> <br />1. Hold the First Reading and Introduction of Ordinance 848 to rezone three properties to PUD, <br />and Approve Resolution 7655 for the Development Review and Preliminary Plat, as <br />requested. <br /> <br />2. Deny any of the requested actions for rezoning development review or the preliminary plat. <br />The Council should direct staff to draft a resolution of denial with findings appropriate to <br />support the denial. <br /> <br />3. Table the request. If the Council needs additional information before making a decision or if <br />more discussion is needed, the Council can move to table the request until such information <br />has been provided. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Coventry Senior Living proposal.
