Mounds View City Council September 13, 2010 <br />Regular Meeting Page 11 <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson questioned if the Council was in favor of holding a special work 1 <br />session to further discuss the 2011 budget. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Council Member Gunn stated she would like to hold a special meeting to discuss the budget. 4 <br />The Council was in favor of holding a special meeting and suggested it be held on October 18, 5 <br />2010. The meeting would be recorded and then rebroadcast . 6 <br /> 7 <br />City Administrator Ericson explained the Fall Clean Up Day was scheduled for Saturday, 8 <br />October 2, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to noon at the Public Works Facility. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Public Works Director DeBar noted he has been working on several roofing issues for Mounds 11 <br />View buildings. The City Hall roof would need to be replaced before winter. He indicated he 12 <br />would be drafting a roof management plan. The City Hall roof was going out for bid and would 13 <br />be discussed at a future meeting. Mayor Flaherty suggested this be brought back to the next 14 <br />work session meeting for discussion.
