Stat. § 13.44, subd. 1 <br />DESCRIPTION OF DATA: Data that identifies individuals who register complaints concerning <br />violations of state laws or local ordinances concerning the use of real property are classified as <br />confidential data. <br /> <br />Redevelopment Data <br />CLASSIFICATION(S): Private/Nonpublic <br />GOVERNING STATUTE: Minn. Stat. § 13.59 <br />DESCRIPTION OF DATA: Names and addresses of individuals and the legal descriptions of <br />property owned by individuals, when collected in surveys of individuals conducted by the City <br />or Housing and Redevelopment Authority for the purposes of planning, development, and <br />redevelopment are classified as private data. Names and addresses of businesses and the legal <br />descriptions of business properties and the commercial use of the property to the extent the <br />disclosure of the use would identify a particular business are nonpublic data. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL <br /> <br />Employee Drug and Alcohol Tests <br />CLASSIFICATION(S): Private <br />GOVERNING STATUTE: Minn.
