City Administrator Ericson stated the lot 3 <br />could be reclaimed if deemed necessary by the City with a 90 day notice. 4 <br /> 5 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. Resolution 7699, A Resolution Approving the 2010-11 AFSCME Union 12 <br />Contract. 13 <br /> 14 <br />City Administrator Ericson indicated that he had Assistant Administrator Crane attended a 15 <br />mediation session earlier in the day with AFSCME representatives in an effort to resolve 16 <br />outstanding issues. Based on direction of the last executive sessions of the Council, terms were 17 <br />presented and agreed to by both partners the proposed terms of the two-year contract include a 18 <br />retroactive increase to the health care contribution back to January 1, 2010 of a monthly rate of 19 <br />$867.33 the contract duration would be two years, there would be no cost of living wage increase 20 <br />and no increase in uniform reimbursements. The maximum comp time balance was increased to 21 <br />60 hours, and language regarding floating holidays was agreed upon to address what happens 22 <br />when official holidays fall on a weekend. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Staff recommends approval of a resolution approving the 2010-2011 AFSCME union contract 25 <br />for a term or two years. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull.
