Reports of Mayor and Council. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Council Member Hull noted on the campaign trail this fall, there were many newspapers 39 <br />cluttered near mailboxes and requested the local newspaper companies be contacted to ensure 40 <br />that mailboxes had a blue paper slot. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Mayor Flaherty suggested the residents, in the street project areas be informed to keep their 43 <br />newspaper slot which can then be attached onto their new mailbox post. 44 <br /> 45
