Stripe and mark one or both sides of City roads with sufficient width to provide on-street <br />trails consistent with <br /> <br />2. Pursue grants and funding sources for the development of trailways in Mounds View. <br /> <br />3. Consider adding trailways during street reconstruction and improvements. <br /> <br />The City has started <br />T <br />County Road H to Silver Lake Road in the city. This segment of County Highway 10 contains several <br />destinations vital to the city: Mounds View City Hall, Community Center, Ramsey County public <br />library, parks, transit facilities and various commercial developments, most of which are currentl <br />accessible only by vehicle. The new trails along County Highway 10 will provid <br />ccess to these facilities as well as provide access to several local trail segments and regional trail a <br />system
