2008 Mounds View Comprehensive Plan <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Chapter 7: Economic Development 7-10 <br /> <br />Redevelopment efforts in Mounds View have shifted to land assembly projects. In 2006, the <br />Mounds View Economic Development Authority (EDA) purchased the property at 2390 County <br />Highway 10 (pictured below), and demolished the blighted convenience store/gas station and car <br />wash that was on the site.
