Clerk Administrator Ericson outlined the legal matters that are reimbursable. 3 <br /> 4 <br />Council Member Flaherty asked if the City is done with the salary study for Springsted. Finance 5 <br />Director Beer noted that the first phase is completed. 6 <br /> 7 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull.
