Reports of Mayor and Council 2 <br /> 3 <br />Mayor Marty said he was touched by the surprise party that he received tonight. He then said 4 <br />that he summed up his thoughts in the Mayor’s Message in the recent Mounds View Matters. He 5 <br />then said that he has enjoyed his time in Mounds View and he has taken great pride in the City 6 <br />and has great respect for the current staff and appreciates their efforts. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Council Member Mueller provided an update on the ethics training for elected officials. She then 9 <br />invited anyone who is able to donate to the Ralph Reader food shelf to assist our neighbors in 10 <br />need over the holidays.. 11 <br /> 12 <br />B.
