Schedule a Public Hearing for Monday, January 12, 2009 at 7:05pm for the 2008 22 <br />Comprehensive Plan Update. 23 <br />E. Resolution 7390, Accepting the Pinewood Storm Sewer Repair and Authorizing 24 <br />Final Payment. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Council Member Flaherty requested that Item C be removed for discussion. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Council Member Mueller requested that Item E be removed for discussion. 29 <br /> 30 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. Resolution 7386 Approving a Lease Assignment for and with Creative Kids 35 <br />Operating in the Mounds View Community Center 36 <br /> 37 <br />Clerk Administrator Ericson noted that the owner of Creative Kids is selling the business to 38 <br />another entity. This matter is necessary to transfer the lease to the new party. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Council Member Mueller asked whether a background check is done for the new owners. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Clerk Administrator Ericson indicated that the City does not but there is a state requirement that 43 <br />a background check be conducted. 44 <br /> 45
