Resolution 7390, Accepting the Pinewood Storm Sewer Repair and 7 <br />Authorizing Final Payment. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Council Member Mueller asked the consulting engineer whether all things are done according to 10 <br />the contract specifications. Joe Rhein indicated that the contract requirements have been met. 11 <br /> 12 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS 18 <br /> 19 <br />Council Member Flaherty, on Page 9, rotating nozzle he feels that a new Vector for public works 20 <br />is budgeted for public works and that will need to be reviewed. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Council Member Mueller, on Page 10, Minnesota Pollution Control conference, she is wondering 23 <br />if this is a licensure requirement for Staff. Finance Director Beer indicated that was correct. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Council Member Mueller, on Page 12, water service repair, she would like to know if that was a 26 <br />water line break due to cold weather. Finance Director Beer indicated that there was a repair 27 <br />necessary but he is not sure of the specifics. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Council Member Flaherty, on Page 14, the invoice from Trane, he wanted to look at that and he 30 <br />is wondering what the repair was for. The hot water coils required a pump, the isolation valve 31 <br />was bad and filled the system and the charges seem appropriate. 32 <br /> 33 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull.
