City Staff stated that Blue Tow <br />Service is located in Blaine. <br />LSWMP Revision: Figure 2.5 was updated to remove the reference to <br />Blue Tow Service and identify two VIC sites on the former Bridges Golf <br />Course, now the Medtronic Mounds View Campus. <br />(see attached Page 14) <br />ƒ Page 33 – Has Mounds View completed an Impaired Waters Report for any <br />of the impaired waters affecting the City, as described on Page 33? <br />LSWMP Revision: To date, Mounds View has not prepared an <br />Impaired Waters Report for any of the identified impaired waters <br />affecting the City. Table 8.3 identifies a proposed starting date for the <br />necessary Impaired Waters Reports of 2010. <br />(see attached Page 33) <br />ƒ Page 45 – The Storm Water Management Fund rates are reviewed annually <br />and the Fund balance is adequate to fund the implementation activities <br />identified in Table 8.3. Recommendations on Page 45 to review the adequacy <br />of the Storm Water Management Fund to pay for the items in Table 8.3 <br />should be removed. <br />LSWMP Revision: The implementation action in Table 8.1 and <br />described in Section 8.2, recommending review of the Storm Water <br />Management Fund to determine its adequacy to finance the activities <br />identified in Table 8.3 in has been removed. Implementation Activity <br />#15 on Table 8.3, recommending a review of the Storm Water <br />Management Fund, has also been removed. <br />(see attached Pages 45 and 47) <br />ƒ Page 47 – Are the implementation activities in Table 8.3 numbered in order of <br />importance or priority? <br />LSWMP Revision: Text in Section 8.4 has been added to clarify that <br />the implementation activities identified in Table 8.3 are not numbered <br />in order of importance or priority; rather they are numbered for <br />reference purposes only. <br />(see attached Pages 46 and 47)
