<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7413 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE LOCATED AT <br />2273 PINEWOOD DRIVE FOR JOHN MUNSTERMAN <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John Munsterman has applied for a Residential Kennel <br />License located at their residence, 2273 Pinewood Drive; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork, petition and fees have been <br />submitted to the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the petition does contain signatures of more than 50% of all <br />registered landowners or those occupying the land within five hundred feet (500’) of <br />2273 Pinewood Drive; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this license will expire on June 30, 2009. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does grant a Residential Kennel License to John Munsterman located at 2273 <br />Pinewood Drive. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will <br />expire June 30, 2009. <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of February, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />__________________________________ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL)
