RESOLUTION NO. 7412 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPOINTING TYLER MARTIN TO THE <br />POSITION OF POLICE PUBLIC SERVICE OFFICER <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a current opening exists for the part time position of Public Service <br />Officer in the Police Department, and the City Council has tentatively approved filling <br />the position, and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Police Civil Service commission certified the top three <br />candidates on the current eligibility list for the position, and the top candidate is Tyler <br />Martin and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff of the Mounds View Police Department have met with Mr. <br />Martin and recommends he be appointed to the part-time position of Public Service <br />Officer. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby appoint Tyler Martin to the position of Public Service Officer at the <br />step one rate of pay ($12.73/hour) for the position effective March 2, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of February 2009. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> _______________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL)
