Residential: Any premises where three (3) or four (4) dogs over six (6) months <br />of age are owned, boarded, bred, kept, or harbored. (Ord. 696, 4-22-02) <br /> <br />The owner has been informed that if they do adopt/rescue another dog, they must <br />licensed that dog as well in accordance with our City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />William Carlson and Georganne Nietz have met all the requirements of the City Code, <br />and therefore Staff recommends approval of Resolution 7432, approving a Residential <br />Kennel License located at 8041 Long Lake Road.
