WRONG NUMBER WAS PLACED <br />ON THE RESOLUTION. <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7432 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE LOCATED AT <br />8041 LONG LAKE ROAD FOR WILLIAM CARLSON AND GEORGANNE NIETZ <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, William Carlson and Georganne Nietz have applied for a <br />Residential Kennel license located at their residence, 8041 Long Lake Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork, petition and fees have been <br />submitted to the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the petition does contain signatures of more than 50% of all <br />registered landowners or those occupying the land within five hundred feet (500’) of <br />8041 Long Lake Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this license will expire on June 30, 2009; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this license shall be conditioned upon the satisfactory <br />cleaning of the property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does grant a residential kennel license to William Carlson and Georganne Nietz <br />located at 8041 Long Lake Road; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this licenses will <br />expire June 30, 2009. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of April, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />__________________________________ <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal)
