<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7428 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF BASIC BLACK MAILBOX’S FOR THE 2009-10 <br />STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council awarded the 2009-10 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project on February 23, 2009, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as part of a street improvement project mailbox posts will be constructed <br />and install, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff has received 3 quotes for Mailboxes to attach to the new posts; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Spring Lake Park Lumber quoted an amount of $1,810.00 and; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve the purchase of lumber to construct the necessary mailbox posts from Spring <br />Lake Park Lumber in the amount of $ 1,810.00 to be funded from account number 285-4470- <br />7050-311. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of April 2009 <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
