(seal) <br />(AWARD TO BE PRESENTED AT THE TOWN HALL MEETING) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2008 MOUNDS VIEW CITIZENSHIP AWARD <br /> <br />Presented to <br /> <br />BARBARA HAAKE <br /> <br />In recognition of many years of community participation and dedicated service as a <br />citizen of Mounds View <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Barbara Haake, as a citizen of Mounds View, has exemplified the courage, <br />initiative, and determination to follow his values; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, she has demonstrated drive and initiative in her approach to leadership, <br />and has worked consistently with various community groups and organizations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, she has volunteered a significant amount of time, passion, and energy to <br />further community causes and issues; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, she unselfishly gave her efforts, not expecting anything in <br />return; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, her efforts have generated positive results for the community. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby present the <br />2008 Mounds View Citizenship Award to Barbara Haake, in sincere gratitude and <br />appreciation for efforts as a Mounds View citizen. <br /> <br /> <br />Presented by the <br />MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br />April 25, 2009 <br />
