Resolution 7434, Designating the 2008 Mounds View Citizenship Award. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Assistant Clerk-Administrator Crane reviewed that two nominations had been made and it was 12 <br />Council’s consensus to award Barbara Haake with the 2008 Mounds View Citizenship Award. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Assistant Clerk-Administrator Crane read the resolution in full. 15 <br /> 16 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 7434, 17 <br />Designating the 2008 Mounds View Citizenship Award. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Mayor Flaherty stated this is a well-deserved award for Ms. Haake. 20 <br /> 21 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 22 <br /> 23 <br />M. Resolution 7441, Adding Fees to the 2009 Mounds View Fee Schedule. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Assistant Clerk-Administrator Crane presented staff’s recommendation to add two fees to the 26 <br />schedule, one related to a refundable $250 deposit for an Outdoor Special Events permit and the 27 <br />other a $50 fee for filing to request an Administrative Hearing for nuisance based code 28 <br />violations. 29 <br /> 30 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 7441, 31 <br />Revising the 2009 Fee Schedule. 32 <br /> 33 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 34 <br /> 35 <br />N. Resolution 7435, Approving a Step Increase for James Ericson, Clerk-36 <br />Administrator. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Assistant Clerk-Administrator Crane presented staff’s recommendation for a step increase for 39 <br />Clerk-Administrator Ericson based on the Council’s review and finding he has satisfactorily 40 <br />performed in the capacity of his position and consistent with the Employment Agreement on file. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Assistant Clerk-Administrator Crane read the resolution in full. 43 <br /> 44 <br /> 45
