Mounds View City Council April 13, 2009 <br />Regular Meeting Page 13 <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> 2 <br />Mayor Flaherty stated the Council held a closed session to review the performance of James 3 <br />Ericson in his capacity as Clerk-Administrator. The Council’s unanimous consensus was that 4 <br />Mr. Ericson is doing a wonderful job in how he conducts himself professionally and as a co-5 <br />worker. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Council Member Stigney noted Mr. Ericson’s supervisor is actually the City Council. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Council consensus was reached to amend the resolution to change the word “supervisor” to “the 10 <br />City Council” and the word “water” to “wage.” 11 <br /> 12 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. Resolution 7431, a Resolution to Renumber Resolution 8006 (originally 28 <br />adopted June 27, 2007) to Resolution 7134b. 29 <br />E.
