Mounds View City Council April 13, 2009 Regular Meeting Page 13 1 2 Mayor Flaherty stated the Council held a closed session to review the performance of James 3 Ericson in his capacity as Clerk-Administrator. The Council’s unanimous consensus was that 4 Mr. Ericson is doing a wonderful job in how he conducts himself professionally and as a co-5 worker. 6 7 Council Member Stigney noted Mr. Ericson’s supervisor is actually the City Council. 8 9 Council consensus was reached to amend the resolution to change the word “supervisor” to “the 10 City Council” and the word “water” to “wage.” 11 12 MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 7435, 13 Approving Step Wage Adjustment, as corrected. 14 15 Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 16 17 8. Resolution 7436, Authorizing the Purchase of Employee Gift Certificates for 26 the June 17, 2009 Employee Appreciation Day. 27 D. Resolution 7431, a Resolution to Renumber Resolution 8006 (originally 28 adopted June 27, 2007) to Resolution 7134b. 29 E.
