To Approve Consent Agenda Item A. 5 <br /> 6 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 7 <br /> 8 <br />B. Resolution 7443 Recommending Approval of the Repurchase Application of 9 <br />2220 Lambert Avenue. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Clerk-Administrator Ericson explained that in this case, the property did not have a mortgage and 12 <br />went tax forfeit due to nonpayment of taxes. He noted the County asked the municipality if there 13 <br />were Code compliance or other issues with the property. In this case, there were no problems and 14 <br />approval is more of a formality since the City has no control over the transaction. 15 <br /> 16 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Stigney. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 7443, 17 <br />Recommending to the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners Approval of the Repurchase 18 <br />Application Submitted for 2220 Lambert Avenue. 19 <br /> 20 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 21 <br /> 22 <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS 23 <br /> 24 <br />Mayor Flaherty referenced Page 1, claim to ABRA for damage repair. Clerk-Administrator 25 <br />Ericson stated it was likely the repair needed when a motorcycle clipped the bumper of the Police 26 <br />vehicle. Mayor Flaherty asked staff to verify and provide that information to the Council. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Council Member Mueller referenced Page 14, Query Fee to the City of Minneapolis. Finance 29 <br />Director Beer stated it is an annual fee to utilize their pawn shop query system. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Council Member Mueller referenced Page 16, claim for a sofa mattress. Finance Director Beer 32 <br />stated it is housed in the Police Department for use by the night shift police officers if they have a 33 <br />court appointment in the morning. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Council Member Mueller referenced Page 22, Upper Cut fee service. Finance Director Beer stated 36 <br />it is for tree trimming in the parks. 37 <br /> 38 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull.
