National Public Works Week Proclamation. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Mayor Flaherty read in full a proclamation declaring May 17 – 23, 2009, as National Public 35 <br />Works Week. 36 <br /> 37 <br />B. 2008 Audit Presentation by Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich & 38 <br />Company, P.A. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Aaron Nielsen, MMKR, presented the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), noting 41 <br />Mounds View received a Certificate of Excellence in 2007 and should receive it for the report 42 <br />ended in 2008 as well. Mr. Nielsen stated they have issued an unqualified (clean) audit opinion 43 <br />for the audit ended 2008. He noted a government auditing standards comment on the lack of 44 <br />segregation of duties with financial reporting, which is not unusual for a city the size of Mounds 45
