<br /> <br />N O T I C E T O P R O P E R T Y O W N E R S <br />REGARDING <br />EDGEWOOD DRIVE DESIGN CONFIGURATION <br /> <br />The Mounds View City Council will be discussing design configurations for reconstruction <br />of Edgewood Drive at their regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on MONDAY - SEPTEMBER 28, <br />2009 in the Council Chambers at City Hall (2401 Highway 10). The Streets and Utilities <br />Committee has made a recommendation for reconstructing Edgewood Drive (2010 <br />construction) and this recommendation will be considered by the City Council for City <br />Council approval. A City Council approved design configuration will be used in final design <br />and construction plans. <br />The following design configuration (Option 3) is being recommended by the Streets and <br />Utilities Committee for City Council consideration. Please note that the City Council may <br />approve the Committee recommendation, or may modify the option, or may choose an <br />entirely different option altogether. The option adopted by the City Council will be the <br />design that will be used and constructed next year. <br /> <br />Option 3 - as recommended by the Street and Utilities Committee: <br /> <br />Features: <br />• Most similar to the existing condition <br />• 8’ dual use parking and bike lane on both sides of the road <br />• 6.5’ off-street concrete sidewalk from Co. Road H to Co.
