Attached is <br />Resolution 7522, which authorizes severance payment to Police Chief Sommer in accordance <br />with the Mounds View Personnel Manual. <br /> <br />Resolution 7522 provides for a payout of Police Chief Sommer’s sick time into his Retirement <br />Health Savings Plan. In accordance with the Personnel Manuel Police Chief Sommer is <br />authorized a sick time payout totaling $10,742.40 to his Retirement Health Savings Plan. This is <br />calculated as 480.0 accrued/banked sick hours times 50% times his hourly rate of $44.76. <br /> <br />Resolution 7522 also provides for a payout of Police Chief Sommer’s vacation time into his <br />Retirement Health Savings Plan.
