<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7521 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR <br />POLICE OFFICER KENNETH KOSS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Officer Kenneth Koss has resigned from the Mounds View Police <br />Department effective October 26, 2009; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation is 20.02 hours; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the balance of unused compensatory time is 0.75; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Officer Koss’ current rate of pay is $20.70 per hour; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the maximum potential payout of vacation time will be 20.02 hours x <br />$20.70 = $414.41; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the maximum potential payout of compensatory time will be 0.75 <br />hours x $20.70 = $15.52 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves a one-time payout of vacation and compensatory time not to exceed $429.93. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 9th day of November, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
