Reports of Staff. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Clerk-Administrator Ericson reported on the following: 8 <br />• October 3, 2009, Fall Clean-Up Day and apologized that one area of Mounds View received 9 <br />the flyers late. 10 <br />• October 21, 2009, Airport Advisory Commission meeting to tour the Blaine Anoka County 11 <br />Airport. 12 <br />• Commission and Committee vacancies and encouraged residents to make application by 13 <br />October 30, 2009. 14 <br />• Metro I-Net Consortium meeting that now has 1,000 users and 19 cities, which is a 15 <br />tremendous value to Mounds View. 16 <br />• October 14, 2009, Charter Commission meeting and invited the Council and staff to attend 17 <br />the open house held that same evening. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Clerk-Administrator Ericson updated the Council on the County Road H, Silver Lake Road 20 <br />intersection project and expressed hope the easements can be obtained in 2009 and the project 21 <br />completed in 2010. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Community Development Director Roberts announced that Select Seniors has received financing 24 <br />and still hopes to start construction in 2009. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Mayor Flaherty reminded homeowners that the second half property taxes are due on Thursday, 27 <br />October 15. 28 <br /> 29 <br />C.
