<br />RESOLUTION NO. 7529 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPOINTING AN CITY REPRESENTATIVE TO THE NORTH SUBURBAN <br />COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (NSCC) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the North Suburban Cable Commission (NSCC) was established in <br />1981, consisting of 10 member cities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the NSCC is charged with the duties of administering the local cable <br />agreement and managing the institutional network; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is to appoint one member and one alternate member to <br />the NSCC, and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 10, 2003, the City approved the appointment of Barbara <br />Haake as the City’s primary representative to the NSCC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, currently a vacancy exists in the Alternate Member position and Finance <br />Director Mark Beer has experience in fulfilling this obligation. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota that the City does hereby adopt Resolution 7529, <br />appointing Finance Director Mark Beer, as the North Suburban Cable Commission Alternate <br />Member. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th day of June 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
