To Approve the Consent Agenda as Presented. 3 <br /> 4 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 5 <br /> 6 <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS 7 <br /> 8 <br />Mayor Flaherty referenced Page 1, police general fund, for garage door repair. Finance Director 9 <br />Beer stated he will check and report back. Mayor Flaherty referenced Page 1, recreation, cable, 10 <br />and economic development. Finance Director Beer explained it was for unemployment for the 11 <br />cable operator and that the City had appealed this payment, it but was denied by the State. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Council Member Mueller referenced Page 4, final payment of $214,160. Finance Director Beer 14 <br />stated it is the first payment on the north side for work done so far. Public Works Director 15 <br />DeBar stated the City will request reimbursement from the grant once payment is made. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Mayor Flaherty referenced Page 4, Dave Perkins Contracting, for water repair. Public Works 18 <br />Director DeBar stated it was a water service repair. 19 <br /> 20 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Just and Correct Claims as Presented. 21 <br /> 22 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 23 <br /> 24 <br />10. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25 <br />A. September 28, 2009 City Council Meeting Minutes. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Council Member Mueller requested a correction to the spelling of her last name. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Mayor Flaherty requested clarification of Page 6, Line 21. After discussion, the Council asked 30 <br />staff to review the tape and make the appropriate correction. 31 <br /> 32 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller. To approve the September 28, 2009 City Council meeting 33 <br />minutes as corrected. 34 <br /> 35 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 36 <br /> 37 <br />CONSIDER EXTENSION OF MEETING 38 <br /> 39 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To waive the rules and extend the meeting to 11:00 p.m. 40 <br /> 41 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 42 <br /> 43 <br />11. REPORTS 44 <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council. 45
