<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7208 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 7153 APPOINTING JIM ERICSON AS <br />INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR BY INCORPORATING A NEW CLAUSE <br />CONSENTING TO AN EXEMPTION OF VACATION CARRY-OVER REGULATIONS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Administrator Kurt Ulrich resigned effective September 13, 2007. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council <br />names Jim Ericson as Interim City Administrator starting September 14, 2007 and <br />continuing until a new City Administrator is appointed; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Council consents <br />to an exemption from maximum vacation carry-over provisions for years 2008 and 2009. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED THAT Jim Ericson will be <br />compensated at 115% of his current rate of pay for service performed during the interim <br />effective September 14, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of January 2008. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />James Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
