October 8, 2007 City Council Minutes 9 <br /> 10 <br />Council Member Flaherty: On Page 3, Line 2, correct changes to charges. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Council Member Mueller requested to correct the name spellings. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Mayor Marty commented that there does not seem to be a staff explanation for several of the 15 <br />public hearings. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Finance Director Beer indicated that he provided thorough information for the first hearing and 18 <br />there was not much explanation required for the subsequent hearings. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Mayor Marty indicated he would leave his comma mark ups with Staff. 21 <br /> 22 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. October 22, 2007 City Council Minutes 28 <br /> 29 <br />Mayor Marty, On Page 2, Line 28 correct to Russ Warren and make the same change throughout. 30 <br />Staff will check. On Page XX, Delete Line 1 as it is not necessary. On Page 3, correct to 2003 – 31 <br />2004 Street project. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Council Member Mueller, on Page 11, Line 2, insert the word “proposed”. On Page 13, Line 13, 34 <br />resident was Brian Amundson. On Page 14, Line 7, resident is Brian Amundson. On Page 14, 35 <br />Line 21, correct to state “not to give”. On Page 16, Line 33, add 36 <br />“other than work pipes all of the excavation work is below the frost line underground.” 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Marty Page 13, Line 40, insert school district information.
