Crane, Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br />Item Title/Subject: Rescheduling the Date of the 4th Annual Town Hall <br />Meeting <br /> <br /> <br />It has come to the attention of Staff that the 4th Annual Town Hall Meeting, originally <br />scheduled for Saturday, April 26, 2008, will need to be rescheduled due to a wedding <br />that was booked for the Banquet Center. Attached is an April 2008 calendar. Staff <br />would like to reschedule the Town Hall Meeting for Saturday, April 19, 2008, and <br />contacted the City Council by telephone and email for availability. All Council Members <br />were available except for the Mayor. Mayor Marty was going to check his schedule for <br />availability. <br /> <br />Staff is already in the planning process for the 4th Annual Town Hall Meeting, and will <br />also be meeting with the Mounds View 50th Anniversary Committee to discuss <br />celebrations during the Town Hall Meeting.
