1 <br /> <br />City of Mounds View <br />Code Enforcement Memo <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Jeremiah Anderson, Housing/Code Enforcement Inspector <br />CC: Jim Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br />Date: February 1, 2008 <br />Re: 8217 Long Lake Rd <br />On Friday February 1, 2008 at 15:00hrs inspector responded to 8217 Long <br />Lake Road to complete a reinspection of the property as part of an ongoing <br />code violation case. Tony Preciado provided access to the rear yard of the <br />property. Inspector noticed improvement since the last inspection in early <br />December 2007. At the time of inspection inspector observed three new <br />violations: 1.) an accumulation of 20 tires along the rear of the house 2.) an <br />automotive engine in the rear yard; 3.) Accumulation of miscellaneous <br />automotive parts inside boxes. Below is a detailed inventory of the vehicles <br />parked outside Preciado’s property at 8217 Long Lake road on February 1, <br />2008. Photographic documentation is attached to this memo. <br />1. Brown Ford Pickup Truck: This vehicle is parked on a gravel area, <br />partially covered with a tarp and does not display current license. <br />Preciado explained this vehicle belongs to him and has been stored in <br />the back yard for several years. This vehicle is currently in violation <br />due to lack of proper license. <br />2. Large Recreational Vehicle: Preciado explained this vehicle belongs to <br />him and has been parked in the rear yard for several years. Vehicle is in <br />the rear yard off an improved surface. Vehicle is in violation due to <br />being parked off an improved surface. <br />3. Blue Plymouth Prowler: This vehicle is parked on a gravel area adjacent <br />to the detached garage in the rear yard and completely covered with a <br />tarp. Preciado explained that this vehicle belongs to him. Vehicle is in <br />compliance. <br />4. Yellow Dodge Charger: This vehicle is parked on a gravel area adjacent <br />to the detached garage in the rear yard and completely covered with a <br />tarp. Preciado explained that this vehicle belongs to him. Vehicle is in <br />compliance.
