Community Development Year in Review 1 2 Interim Administrator Ericson presented the Community Development Year in Review 3 information for Council review. 4 5 Interim Administrator Ericson noted that Community Development came in at 95% of budget, 6 saving $23,000. 7 8 Council Member Mueller asked if there is an update on the property on Long Lake Road. 9 10 Interim Administrator Ericson indicated that it is close to being in compliance, but there are some 11 vehicles that are back now that do not belong. They did do a good job on cleaning up, but 12 additional vehicles are coming. 13 14 Council Member Mueller indicated that there have been a lot of questions on the Totino property 15 and when it might open. 16 17 Interim Administrator Ericson indicated that they are on track for a March 17, 2008 opening. 18 19 Mayor Marty asked about Silver View Plaza, and asked them to clean it up and remodel it. 20 21 Interim Administrator Ericson indicated that the EDC is looking into exactly that. 22 23 C. Reports of City Attorney 24 25 Attorney Riggs indicated that he is still working on the Xcel matter, and he assumes that the 26 urgency will increase once the snow has melted. 27 28 Council Member Mueller asked if there has been any further contact with Clear Channel. 29 30 Attorney Riggs indicated that he has not, but the plan was to come to a work session to discuss in 31 March. 32 33 Council Member Mueller indicated that she would like to see a written proposal before they 34 come to Council. 35 36 Attorney Riggs indicated that he has relayed that information to Clear Channel and can do so 37 again. 38 39 Council indicated that they are not interested in meeting with them on this in March. 40 41 12.
