Mounds View, Minnesota Project No: 435-08131-0 <br />2008 Street Maintenance Project Page 2 <br />Street Reconstruction projects, those streets will become part of future Street Maintenance projects. <br />However, at this time there are only a limited number of streets for which a Street Maintenance project is <br />appropriate. <br />The streets determined to be suitable for the Street Maintenance program were incorporated into a <br />maintenance schedule based on the PCI rating and fund availability. In addition to streets, there are a <br />number of City-owned parking lots throughout Mounds View. Many of these parking lots are also suitable <br />candidates for maintenance, and were included in the schedule. <br />The maintenance schedule was to be completed over the three year period of 2006 through 2008. The <br />2006 and 2007 Street Maintenance projects have been successfully completed. The remaining streets, <br />along with the suitable parking lots, are proposed to be completed as the 2008 Street Maintenance Project. <br />Figure 1 at the end of this Report shows all streets and parking lots in the 2006 – 2008 maintenance <br />schedule, broken down by year. <br />The specific streets and parking lots proposed to be included in the 2008 Street Maintenance Project are <br />listed below: <br />Hillview Road - Pleasant View Drive to Spring Lake Road <br />Gloria Circle - Hillview Road to cul-de-sac <br />Oakwood Drive - Knollwood Drive to Groveland Road <br />Knollwood Drive - County Road I to Oakwood Drive <br />Knollwood Drive - County Road H2 to County Road I <br />Groveland Road - Bronson Drive (East) to County Hwy 10 <br />Bronson Drive - Pleasant View Drive to Silver Lake Road <br />Hidden Hollow Ct - cul-de-sac to County Road H2 <br />County Road H2 - Pleasant View Drive to County Hwy 10 <br />Park View Drive - Silver Lake Road to County Road H2 <br />Park View Terrace - Park View Drive (South) to cul-de-sac <br />Hodges Lane- Park View Terrace to Park View Drive <br />Mounds View Drive - Long Lake Road to County Road I <br />Silver View Drive - Mounds View Drive to County Hwy 10 <br />Lakeside Lions Park Parking Lot <br />Silver View Park Parking Lot <br />City Hall Parking Lot <br />Police Department Parking Lot <br />Community Center Parking Lot <br />Greenfield Park Parking Lot <br />Sally Port Parking Lot <br />Both Hillview Road and Lakeside Lions Parking Lot are jointly owned with the City of Spring Lake Park. <br />Therefore, all cost relating to the maintenance for those facilities will be split between the two cities. <br />The purpose of this Report is to define the maintenance activities required, provide an estimate of cost, and <br />identify the source of financing.
