No complaints about this company have been reported in the last <br />36 months. <br /> <br />Staff will submit the cleaning contract to Kennedy and Graven for review upon approval. <br /> <br />This vendor is guaranteeing the contract quote for a period of three years. The City also <br />has the right to terminate the contract upon a proper 30 day notice. <br /> <br />Further Discussion <br />During the 1990’s, the City had on staff a part-time janitor. The position was not eligible <br />for benefits due to the part-time status (20 hours or less).
