She then thanked Mr. Lee for his service to the City. 12 <br /> 13 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. Set a Public Hearing for Monday, April 14, 2008 at 7:10pm to Consider an 20 <br /> On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License and Restaurant License located at 2400 21 <br /> County Road H2 for Kevin Halverson and David Tulgren (d/b/a/ Robert’s 22 <br /> Sports Bar and Entertainment). 23 <br /> 24 <br />Council Member Hull indicated that he pulled this item to comment that Roberts has been sold. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Administrator Ericson indicated that there is a purchase agreement in place contingent upon all 27 <br />necessary approvals for the liquor license. 28 <br /> 29 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Set a Public hearing for Monday, April 14, 2008 at 7:10 30 <br />p.m. to Consider an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License and Restaurant License located at 2400 31 <br />County Road H2 for Kevin Halverson and David Tulgren (d/b/a Robert’s Sports Bar and 32 <br />Entertainment). 33 <br /> 34 <br />Mayor Marty said that he is not going to vote for this just out of principle because he felt that the 35 <br />City should have had some control over this, or at least waited until the City found out about the 36 <br />DEED grant, which would have been yet this month. He then said that he is not happy with 37 <br />letting this slip through the cracks and having another bar in that location. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Council Member Mueller indicated that the Council did not support a moratorium and it did not 40 <br />want to use any more funds for the property and this is the result of that. She then said that she 41 <br />feels the Council was not bold enough to move forward and she hopes that the public comes 42 <br />forward to comment on this matter, as it would have been helpful to know what residents wanted. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Council Member Flaherty said that he is taken aback at the “not being bold enough” because the 45
