Resolution 7246 Acceptance and Final Payment Approval for the 2007 Street 7 Maintenance Project (Seal Coat Project) 8 9 Council Member Mueller indicated that this item is another fine example of City Staff working 10 to find ways to work cooperatively with other communities to provide services at a reduced fee to 11 residents. She then thanked Mr. Lee for his service to the City. 12 13 MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. Set a Public Hearing for Monday, April 14, 2008 at 7:10pm to Consider an 20 On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License and Restaurant License located at 2400 21 County Road H2 for Kevin Halverson and David Tulgren (d/b/a/ Robert’s 22 Sports Bar and Entertainment). 23 24 Council Member Hull indicated that he pulled this item to comment that Roberts has been sold. 25 26 Administrator Ericson indicated that there is a purchase agreement in place contingent upon all 27 necessary approvals for the liquor license. 28 29 MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Set a Public hearing for Monday, April 14, 2008 at 7:10 30 p.m. to Consider an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License and Restaurant License located at 2400 31 County Road H2 for Kevin Halverson and David Tulgren (d/b/a Robert’s Sports Bar and 32 Entertainment). 33 34 Mayor Marty said that he is not going to vote for this just out of principle because he felt that the 35 City should have had some control over this, or at least waited until the City found out about the 36 DEED grant, which would have been yet this month. He then said that he is not happy with 37 letting this slip through the cracks and having another bar in that location. 38 39 Council Member Mueller indicated that the Council did not support a moratorium and it did not 40 want to use any more funds for the property and this is the result of that.
