<br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 805 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL <br />BY SALE OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY CITY <br /> <br />On April 28, 2008, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance which releases any <br />ownership interest in land that it had previously vacated by resolution in 1970. The ordinance <br />approves the conveyance of the land by Quit Claim Deed to Abiding Savior Lutheran Church as <br />shown on their plat, Abiding Savior Addition, approved by the City Council on September 24, <br />2007. By adopting this Ordinance 805, the City closes any real or apparent break in the chain <br />of title which will then allow the indicated plat to be accepted by and recorded with Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />The ordinance is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the Clerk <br />Administrator.
