(EXHIBIT A) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5427 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE COMPENSATION POLICY FOR EMPLOYEES <br />SERVING IN INTERIM MANAGEMENT EMPLOYMENT CAPACITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will from time to time have vacancies in management and <br />department head positions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council may select an appropriate employee to serve in an interim <br />capacity to meet the needs of the vacant position; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council sets the <br />policy to compensate such employees at 115% of their current rate of pay for service <br />performed during the interim. The employee shall perform the additional duties to the <br />best of their abilities as the Council determines. The Council may choose to end the <br />interim status should performance be determined by the Council to not be adequate for <br />any reason.
