Reports of Mayor and Council 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Marty noted that the Citizen of the Year, Don Hodges, submitted a card to the City. He 39 <br />then read it for Council and those in attendance. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Mayor Marty said that he has been contacted regarding light pollution and energy consumption 42 <br />by Medtronic. He then said that he contacted Mr. Ericson regarding this matter and he said that 43 <br />the lights are turned down but there were still complaints about the light pollution. Mayor Marty 44 <br />said that he called Staff back because the lights that were left are for fire code requirements. 45
