JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS 29 <br /> 30 <br />Council Member Flaherty said that he spoke to Staff on this earlier about Batteries Plus and his 31 <br />question was if there was a battery recycling policy for the City. The answer was that batteries 32 <br />are recycled if they are anything other than alkaline batteries. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Council Member Flaherty asked if the payment on the 2003 street improvement project is the 35 <br />final payment. Finance Director Beer indicated that there are outstanding issues with Bronson 36 <br />Drive settling. Joe Rhein explained that they are monitoring the area but they were concerned 37 <br />but it appears to be a short-term issue and it will be fixed this spring. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Council Member Mueller asked what properties the weed killer is used on.
