Resolution 7278, a Resolution Authorizing the Hire of Kenneth Roberts to 12 <br />the Position of Community Development Director 13 <br /> 14 <br />Assistant Administrator Crane reviewed the interviewing process and recommended approval of 15 <br />Mr. Kenneth Roberts for the position of Community Development Director. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Council Member Mueller asked if the banked vacation time was a negotiation and whether the 18 <br />salary was sufficient. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Assistant Administrator Crane indicated that Mr. Roberts was satisfied with the salary 21 <br />requirements and had requested the banked five days. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Mayor Marty indicated he had discussed this candidate with Mr. Ericson, and Mr. Ericson has 24 <br />said that he is confident in this candidate. 25 <br /> 26 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Marty. First Reading and Introduction of Ordinance 806, Adopting a Five Year 34 <br /> Financial Plan for 2009 through 2013. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Finance Director Beer explained that the City’s Charter requires a five year plan to be presented 37 <br />at a public hearing and adopted by Ordinance. This is the introduction of Ordinance 806 38 <br />outlining the five year financial plan for 2009 through 2013. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Finance Director Beer indicated that the City is set to receive an additional $521,000 in local 41 <br />government aid. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Finance Director Beer reviewed the Capital Improvement Plan with the Council. 44 <br /> 45
