Public Hearing, Resolution 7282, a Resolution to Consider an On Sale 35 <br />Intoxicating Liquor License Renewal for Robert’s Sports Bar and 36 <br />Entertainment Located at 2400 County Road H2. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Marty opened the public hearing at 7:44 p.m. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Assistant Clerk Administrator Crane reviewed the requested liquor license application noting that 41 <br />Staff recommends approval pending a satisfactory background investigation. Once the 42 <br />corrections requested by the Fire Marshal are corrected there will be a reinspection and approval 43 <br />of the license is contingent upon both the background investigation and the Fire Marshal 44 <br />requested corrections. 45
