Public Hearing, Resolution 7283, a Resolution to Consider an On Sale 14 <br />Intoxicating Liquor License Renewal for The Mermaid Located at 2200 15 <br />County Highway 10. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Mayor Marty opened the public hearing at 7:46 p.m. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Assistant Clerk Administrator Crane reviewed the requested liquor license application noting that 20 <br />the license approval would be contingent upon a satisfactory background investigation. Utility 21 <br />bills must be paid in full prior to the issuance of a license and Staff learned that they are current 22 <br />on property taxes as of 4:30 p.m. today. 23 <br /> 24 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Marty.
