<br /> <br /> <br />Bethlehem Baptist Church <br /> <br />At the February 25, 2008, City Council Meeting, the City Council accepted a contribution <br />from Bethlehem Baptist Church, which included a contribution to the Festival in the Park <br />in the amount of $5,260.00. The Festival Committee has so far purchased a stage for <br />the entertainment, to include a sound technician using these funds. The Festival <br />Committee continues to use this fund to help purchase supplies for children games and <br />activities. Staff will be meeting with the Festival Committee on July 29, 2008. At this <br />next festival meeting, Staff and the Festival Committee will be discussing the final <br />festival preparations to include a discussion on the Festival in the Park finances.
