Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution 7319 to <br />establish the components of the program to install infiltration features in <br />conjunction with the Street and Utility Improvement Project. Adoption of the <br />Resolution will allow final siting, sizing, and design of the infiltration swales to <br />continue, so that the 2009 – 2010 Street and Utility Improvement Project can <br />remain on schedule. <br />Issues related to the program, such as the potential appeal process, can <br />continue to be discussed and developed if necessary by the Streets and Utility <br />Committee and City Council after the adoption of Resolution 7319. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Joseph R.
